We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order.

Shipping Cost

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class & Recorded Post. All overseas orders are sent via Air Mail.

Postage prices are based on Royal Mail weight/price tables. All items have been given weights in kgs. (actual weight of item not wrapped for posting) All weights are added up in the checkout and the relevant charge is made automatically.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of you placing them and we have a large range of Guitar Parts in stock to make sure that happens! On some occasions, especially when ordering in a large amount of one particular bag we will need to obtain more stock. In this case you will be notified soon after making your order and supplied with an expected delivery date. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 28 days of your order. If you do not recieve your order after this time has passed please get in touch with us.


Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty or defective you must return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 10 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

We do not offer refund or exchange for change of heart.

If you recieve any products that are not as described, you can return them in unused and original condition. Some items may incur a 10% re-stocking fee. Please email us before returning an item.

Bulk order or discounted items cannot be returned. If ordering a large amount of a certain product we suggest you purchase samples first. These can be ordered at a discounted rate. Please email for details.

Returning an item

We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. As you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us we recommend sending the package by recorded/special delivery and insured up to the value of the item(s)

Delivery address

If for any reason you or any person at the delivery address refuses to accept the delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pas to you and we may, at our discretion charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within seven days we will cancel the order. In the event of an order being cancelled any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.
